Returns, Errors, and Damaged Items

To request a return:
If you would like to return an unused item, please contact us at info@nolaboards.com or visit our retail location with your receipt. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

If we made an error with your order:
We will correct any mistake made on our part at no cost to you.

Reporting damaged or incorrect items:
Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order if an item is damaged or missing. We are unable to accept claims for damaged or missing merchandise after this time.

Defective items:
We do not accept returns on defective items after 60 days from the date of purchase. Please check your product upon arrival to ensure it is in working condition.
